Meet Brendan
Broker, Consultant & Commercial AppraiserBrendan Hopps, MAI, is a Broker & Consultant for The Remlinger Group. Brendan received his B.A. from the Western Washington University in 2008 in Financial Economics and is currently a Partner Appraiser at Francis T. Webster Appraisal Partners with an active Washington State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and a designation from the Appraisal Institute.
Mr. Hopps is responsible for all aspects of appraisal process and is regularly involved in performing appraisals of a variety of commercial and residential property types including, retail, office, industrial, multi-family residential, mixed-use, land, proposed development, special-use, and government fee acquisitions. Clients have included banks, title insurance companies, government jurisdictions, law firms, and other various financial institutions, as well as private clients.
