Drake Remlinger, CEO, Founder, and Designated Broker for The Remlinger Group. Drake began his real estate career with a large and reputable Eastside brokerage firm, specializing in high-density land development that was well suited for his personal interest and skill set. In this capacity, he began providing representation as to the lead broker on multiple projects throughout the Greater Puget Sound, to great success.
Quickly growing in the real estate industry, Drake was granted early access to become a managing broker by the Department of Licensing. Shortly after, he launched his first firm, became a commercial appraiser, and further grew The Remlinger Group's name as more brokers joined the team.
His commercial appraising work involves consulting on a wide array of development projects throughout Washington state including Mini Storage, High-Density Apartment Developments, Boat & RV Storage, Housing Subdivisions, Industrial Projects, Gas Stations, Marinas, Gravel Pit Operations, Retail Properties, Agricultural Land, Hotels, and Office Buildings.
Drake has a different approach to real estate and always looks for value in each deal he and his team are involved with. He is well known for finding properties that fit specific needs for each Remlinger Group client and currently manages a vast portfolio of off-market real estate throughout Western Washington. Mr. Remlinger is committed to providing unwavering professionalism, integrity, and perseverance to each and every Remlinger Group client relationship in the pursuit of successful transactions. Additionally, Drake is pursuing his MAI designation as a Commercial Appraiser in the State of Washington, he is licensed as a Broker in California and graduated from the University of Washington as a member of the Runstad Real Estate Club. He is also a Stage 3C cancer survivor and spends his free time volunteering at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
