About Eric Webster

Eric Webster is a Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Co-Founder of Francis T. Webster Appraisal Partners and Real Estate Broker with The Remlinger Group. With over fifteen years’ experience in the appraisal field, Eric currently specializes in residential valuations with a focus on litigated appraisals for use in marital dissolutions and estates. Mr. Webster covers all of Washington State with an emphasis on Eastern Washington, King County; and Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap Counties.

Prior to starting FTW Appraisal Partners, Eric ran the residential department at Lamb Hanson Lamb where he began in 2012. There he worked on unique appraisal assignments including high end waterfront estates, rural acreage and equestrian properties, retrospective analysis for estate tax purposes, and easement disputes resulting in title insurance claims.

Before his time at Lamb Hanson Lamb, Eric was an appraiser with the Seattle office of Suncorp Valuations Inc, headquartered in Saskatoon Canadian. There he performed thousands of insurance appraisals for a variety of property types including the Catholic Church, where he traveled North America appraising churches and their resulting properties. Eric also appraised regional and international airports, office, commercial and residential high rise towers, and residential use properties. He also provided appraisals for GASB 34 compliance, (Government Accounting Standards Board). This included appraising the infrastructure, machinery and equipment for municipalities throughout Canada.

Eric has been a broker with the Remlinger Group since 2020. There he has helped sell a in a variety of property types, from interim use land redevelopments, to residential properties. His experience as an appraiser has been instrumental in helping his Remlinger clients.
