About Jeff Totzek

Jeffrey Totzek is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Washington as well as Washington State Certified General Appraiser and Candidate for Designation in the Appraisal Institute. He has been providing valuation and consulting services since 2015 and brokering real estate transactions since 2019.  Mr. Totzek is a founding member of FTW Appraisal Associates and is regularly involved in performing appraisals of a variety of commercial properties types including, retail, office, industrial, multi‐family residential, mixed‐use, land, proposed development, special‐use, and government fee acquisitions. Clients have included banks, government agencies, and financial institutions, as well as private clients. In his relatively short career as a real estate broker, he has brokered numerous transactions including multi-family, single-family residential as well as interim-use redevelopment sites in the City of Seattle.  

Jeff received his B.A. from Western Washington University in 2008 in Business Administration. Prior to founding FTW Appraisal Associates and joining The Remlinger Group, he was an Appraiser with Lamb Hanson Lamb, Community Association Manager with the Seattle office of Phillips Real Estate Services, property manager with Holland Residential, and a resident manager with Cornell and Associates.
