From an early age, he has had a keen interest in Real Estate investments and development, driven by his observations of the local market's continuous growth and potential.

During his college years, Tej embarked on his journey in the realm of real estate as an intern analyst within two prominent Seattle-based real estate firms. This experience endowed him with a comprehensive grasp of diverse real estate asset classes, equipping him with the acumen to generate, innovate, and preserve value for his clients. In addition to his role, Tej holds the designation of a licensed appraiser trainee, thereby ensuring precise and reliable property valuations for prospective clients.
